Most homeowners say, “All I want is for the roofer to be honest and deliver what was promised.”
Top That Roofing agrees.
When you call Top That Roofing to come out to you home, we begin by evaluating your current roofing system. We actually take a ladder in order to determine if the roof can be repaired so you can extend the life of your roof or if it is ready for a new one. Once it is determined which direction is best for your roof, we share the results of our findings.
New Roof on Your Home
Top That Roofing can completely tear off your existing roof or re-roof over the existing roof (if conditions allow). Our trained professionals will evaluate this for you.
Remove Old Roofing Material
Any old materials removed or debris created from the installation is safely placed into dumpsters to avoid unnecessary messes or accidents. We do all we can to make the installation as clean as possible and we recycle as much of the roofing materials as possible. We are a socially responsible company preserving our environment and avoiding waste.
Ice and Water Shield
Once your roof is prepared for a new roof, one of the first tasks is to install the Ice and Water Shield. The Ice and Water Shield protects against leakage from ice build up, but also offers much needed protection in the most vulnerable areas of your roof. The Ice and Water Shield protects your new roofing system and gives you the peace and security knowing that your roof can handle even the worst Colorado winters.
Once the Ice and Water Shield has been installed, next we place a layer of Felt Paper. Top That Roofing uses a high quality, fiberglass-reinforced felt, like Shingle-Mate from GAF. Shingle-Mate is superior to standard 15# felt paper because it lays flatter, easier to work with, and most importantly, lasts longer.
Now we are ready to install the shingles. When choosing a shingle, it’s important to take into account the style, size, and location of your home; and of course, your personal preferences. We have years of experience installing all types of asphalt shingles, cedar shakes and cedar shingles. View the color selection.
Communication is Top Priority
We will communicate with you on a regular basis providing statuses of the installation. Each installation is assigned a Supervisor that inspects the project on a regular basis. This is to ensure quality and uncover any areas that may need perfecting.
We take safety seriously at Top That Roofing. We are guided by OSHA regulations and train our workers on a regular basis. It is important to review the basics and keep abreast of the newest technologies found in the marketplace today. Our foreman have been through extensive OSHA training and will continue training in the future.
